Photoshop???? :)?

How does photoshop work? I already downloaded it and stuff but i'm extremely confused. it wont show me how to edit pictures.

It's simple... same as MS Paint..

by the way, what version is your photoshop?

I started using photoshop 4 back in the late 90's.

the latest now is Photoshop CS3 (version 10)

it's really simple.

you have the tool bar on your left.

there are pallete windows on your right..

the most basic tools you will need is the tool bar on your left..

and the "LAYER" window on your right.

like paint.. you could paste several picture in it..

one good thing about Photoshop is the LAYER..

every image you paste your canvas/photo adds a layer.

this layer is independent to each other. that means

you could erase some backgrounds in one image without afftecting the other layers.

if you want to edit pictures: the simplest would be using the HEALING BRUSH (band aid icon) on the left toolbar..

select the healing brush. PRESS ALT + click on the smooth area of the skin (do this once). then look for all the pimples, acnes, blemishes, and eyebags on your photo and wipe it all off.. Simple..
