We have a pop-up blocker. And there are 46 pop-ups that being stored there. If I will let them pop and and press CTRL our computer will computer be affected. What is another alternative?

click on the area where you are being told about these pop-ups
right-click on that area.... there should be a menu!

clean the cookies and temp internet files out.
that should wipe them out.

You run the scan then you follow the steps to get that all out of the system
