Photoshop not working? 'Photoshop's primary scratch and windows? HELP?

my photoshop stopped working. and this notice popped up once....."You currently have Adobe photoshop primary Scratch and Window's primary paging file on the same volume which can result in reduced performance. It is recommended that you set Adobe Photoshop's primary Scratch volume to be on a different volume, preferably on a different physical drive." .....i try and open photoshop and it just loads then automaticallty shuts down i can't get into the menu or anything. i read you have to go to edit but i can't it just shuts down. Please help.

here is what to do, just reinstall photoshop and this should solve your problems, and please select the default options. Use add and remove to Uninstall the old copy. This should help you.

As soon as you double-click to open photoshop, press the ctrl alt and shift keys all at the same time. This will give you a message asking if you want to delete a file. Click yes. That will allow you to get back in to Photoshop and change the scratch disk. Report It
